Presented by Gemma Hodgson (Qi Statistics Ltd) Tuesday 14th November, 9.15am-5pm, Reading, UK This basic but wide-ranging course covers techniques for investigating, visualising and performing basic statistical techniques on data sets typical to industry settings. There are many basic concepts that need to be understood before statistics can be used to its full potential to give useful and informative answers. This course ensures that these concepts are understood in a non-technical way and then demonstrated using data examples. EyeOpenR Seminar at Pangborn - Soon available as webinar!

At the last Pangborn meeting (Providence, RI, USA 20th-24th August 2017) we gave a free workshop to demonstrate the latest version of our web-based statistical tool. The EyeOpenR analysis tool is based on the powerful statistical software R (running in the background) with a very intuitive user interface to control it, so user can take advantage of well documented R routines without needing to be able to write/read any R code, or even have R installed on their machine. It also gives any user the flexibility to develop their own analyses and include them as part of the software.
