  • Discrimination within and between clusters using ANOVA and distribution plotting
  • Using internal preference mapping to visualise the consumer liking space and validate the clusters.
  • Cluster trimming to identifying outliers and non conformers

Pre-requisite: Familiarity with basic statistics Module C01 and C02 (available as pre-recorded on demand sessions on our website). Knowledge of clustering methods (as per topics in Module C4)

Software used: XLSTAT (free 14-day trial version is available from their website here)
