Topics covered:

  • How good is my cluster solution?
  • Identifying non-conformers using simple cluster trimming.
  • sing internal preference mapping to visualise the consumer liking space and validate the clusters

Pre-requisite: familiarity with correlation, variance and covariance  as covered in module C2, and topics covered in statistical refresher module C01

You will need the latest version of XLSTAT installed on your computer. If you don’t have a licence you can download a 14-day trial version from the XLSTAT website.

  • Each module is 2 hours.
  • Start time is 1300 GMT+1 for module C3, and 1530 GMT+1 for module C11
