1530 – 1730hrs: Module C13 – Analysis of Consumer Data: Looking at product differences using “Rapid” consumer methods: Free Sorting Tasks

Topics covered:

  • Design of studies, number of samples/number of assessors,
  • Analysis using multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis.
  • Hierarchical sorting to gain more insights

Pre-requisite: familiarity with correlation, regression, variance and covariance  as covered in module C1 and C2, and topics covered in statistical refresher module C01 

Software used: XLSTAT (see below)

Software

You will need the latest version of XLSTAT installed on your computer. If you don’t have a licence you can download a 14-day trial version from the XLSTAT website.

Timing

  • Each module is 2 hours.
  • Start time is 1300 GMT+1 for module C12, and 1530 GMT+1 for module C15
