I especially enjoyed the Statapult session, where we created a DoE design, it was both fun and educational, and the class environment was very engaging. "It got very technical very quickly, but I thought Gemma did a very good job of clearly explaining the concepts with practical examples. A couple of thoughts but an example in English (rather than Italian) would have helped as all the variables were in a different languages, and a coffee or tea example (i.e., tailored to our business) might have helped for those first few initial exercises. And maybe assessing the maths/stats level of each candidate beforehand and issuing a little pre-read? I have a maths degree so was familiar with these concepts, but otherwise might have found how much stats we covered in 2.5 hours a little advanced. It will be interesting to see what the others say though, as maybe this isn't the case!"
