- How to build a model selection strategy
- Application to linking liking and product characteristics (Sensory/ instrumental/ analytic)
- Issues to consider when predicting liking of future samples
Pre-requisite: familiarity with basic statistics e.g. as in Module C01 and C02 (available as pre-recorded on demand sessions on our website) and familiarity with simple regression modelling (Module C1) and Principal Components Analysis (PCA) as in Module C3
Software used: XLSTAT (free 14-day trial version is available from their website here)
