What this course will cover:

  • Testing for differences between products in CATA proportions using Cochran’s Q test
  • Cochran’s Q v ANOVA
  • Product mapping of CATA data using correspondence Analysis
  • CATA penalty analysis
  • Details of XLSTAT CATA routine
  • Using Ideal product CATA scores to perform a Kano Analysis

Pre-requisite: familiarity with basic statistics e.g. as in Module C01 and C02 (available as pre-recorded on demand sessions on our website) and familiarity with simple ANOVA (Module C1). This module uses correspondence analysis but does not go through the technique in detail . Module C8 is a more detailed introduction to the technique.

Software used: XLSTAT (free 14-day trial version is available from their website here)
